Ed Tech Salaries: Wages Remain Stagnant

For the past three years, the data from our annual salary survey have suggested that wage increases for school technology professionals are barely keeping up with inflation. We often see the inverse of this trend when running an executive search: clients encounter sticker shock when they discover the going market rate for experienced and innovative technology leaders. With schools and districts so dependent now on technology, will we finally start to see more significant salary boosts?
