She spent 8 years at Shanghai American School, where she served as HR Director for the last two years. Ilaria has worked on employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives, helping organizations foster more inclusive and engaging workplace cultures.
Gabriel Lucas - CEO of 12M & Ed Tech Recruiting
Gabriel Lucas has been a technology leader in the education field for over a decade and is passionate about and experienced in recruiting, managing, and staff development. He is the co-founder of ATLIS, the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools, and he worked in multiple schools as an educator and administrator. He has led multiple international searches for C- and director-level positions, all of which have culminated in great success, and he travels internationally extensively.
