12M Recruiting runs executive searches for senior leadership positions in the executive cabinet. Our clients are schools, associations, nonprofits, and mission-aligned companies. Positions for which we have run searches include: Executive Director, Head of School, CFO, Director of Innovation, and numerous director- and cabinet-level roles overseeing a variety of operational and programmatic domains. Since 2015, 12M Recruiting has brought a commitment to diversity, intentionality, and longevity to every search.
We are not a placement firm. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we represent candidates in job searches. We do not push résumés to potential employers. However, as an executive recruiting firm we are always seeking introductions to current and aspiring executive leaders.

- If you have not done so already, send us your CV or résumé as a PDF.
